I bought 3 sandwiches and left the shop! I got half way home and forgot to get them toasted! Went back they remade them at no charge! Let me have the old sandwiches!
Freaky fast service! Stopped by for a quick lunch. Luckily nobody else was there in line front of me, so my order was ready before I finished paying. Cashier checked if I had the app on my phone so I quickly put my phone number in the machine, and there was a $4.99 regular sandwich REWARD for me. So I switched my original order to get the reward. It was a great surprise! Thanks for checking it out for me!
my food is always fresh & correct. people are nice & helpful. I never sit inside but the bathroom is clean when I need to use it.
Staff is always friendly at this location and sandwiches are always fresh. I called ahead of time to place an order and it was all ready when I got there.
First my sandwich was exactly what I was expecting and filled me up typical roast beef from a sandwich chain no complaints. The reason I'm writing this review is the service. When I walked it they were dealing with getting two huge catering orders out while also taking care of walk in customers. I ordered my food the employee let me know they were busy and they would work as fast as they could, and they were, right after I ordered a high school basket ball team rolled in. The employees didn't panic they went above and beyond to make sure everyone got their food, one called and got an employee from another location to come help. That is a type of service you don't see at an upscale place much less a chain sandwich shop.
